Ponce De Leon Boulevard is the major north/south artery of Coral Gables. Over the past decade, Ponce has been undergoing a major revitalization of which FECR already has been a huge part (with our landmark office tower 2020 Ponce). Our next phase of the Ponce redevelopment will be the addition of 1505 Ponce, a mixed-use development with over 45,000 square feet of retail space and residential living above. A Coral Gables Trolley stop is in front of the building, so residents easily can move to and from any area of the Gables and beyond, without the need for a car. The Ponce corridor already is alive with restaurants and retail, and 1505 will further enhance the needs of area residents with its generous retail footprint.
