Serving as FECR’s Vice President of Construction, Rudy Anez is a construction industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, working on over 1,000 residences from conception. He has a successful track record of completing multi-million dollar, mixed-use, high-density developments throughout South Florida.
In his role of leading FECR’s construction department, Rudy is responsible for working with government agencies, local and regional building officials, consultants, architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors throughout the development and construction phases of the firm’s projects. He oversees all aspects of construction for the company’s portfolio of developments, notably including Panorama Tower, which is currently under construction in Downtown Miami. When complete, Panorama Tower will be the tallest building in the State of Florida, as well as the tallest residential tower on the eastern seaboard south of New York.
Prior to joining FECR, Rudy worked on several well-known projects throughout the South Florida area, including the mixed-use Brickell House, Gallery Art Condos, The Parc at Turnberry Isle, Everglades on the Bay, Turnberry Village, Technology Center of the Americas, New River in Fort Lauderdale, and One Aragon in Coral Gables—just to name a few. His previous employers include Newgard Development Group, L&R Structural Corp., Adrian Development, H&H Developers, Cabi Developers, and Terremark Technology Group.
