Philip Dahan, an experienced real estate professional with expertise in development, has been with FECR for more than 30 years. He boasts an extensive background in the development of residential housing, office buildings, and condominiums; marketing of raw land; financial valuation; developmental budgeting; construction management; investment banking; and property management.
Philip is the Development Manager for FECR’s high-rise projects, including Panorama Tower, Opera Tower, The Club at Brickell Bay, 2020 Ponce, and Bay Parc Plaza, as well as the upcoming One Bayfront Plaza and Gulfstream Point. He also directs the condominium sales programs for the company.
Philip’s analytical and planning skills, both project-directed and in ongoing operations, are evident in many ways, such as establishing monitoring, control, and reporting systems. He has created successful marketing and sales programs (locally and internationally) for both investors and end-users. Philip also opened a full-service satellite office in Tokyo, Japan. Through his efforts, participation in tax bond financing programs has been possible, as well as unique financing programs for real estate syndicators.
Prior to joining FECR in 1982, Philip was Development and Planning Officer for the South Florida ventures of Cadillac Fairview, Inc., a large Canadian real estate developer. From 1972 to 1980, he served in senior positions in the community of Prince George’s County, Maryland and helped to develop a program of reconstructed homes to low-income families.
Philip has a master’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado, a B.A. from the University of Maryland, and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker.
